For example, our Property Managers will oversee no more than 70 units each. (Industry average is 200+ units.) We feel this is a vital factor in being able to provide you with full-service, custom-tailored rental property management.

A & G Rental Management is comprised of dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable professionals who bring the best property management tools and fiscal strategies to the table for you every day.
This option is for owners who want to oversee the day-to-day management of their property but would like assistance locating and qualifying tenants. We market your property for you – we show the property, take the application, run our normal credit check and background investigation on prospective tenants. After a tenant has passed screening, we prepare the rental agreement with the terms you specify and collect the first month’s rent/security deposit and provide the key to the tenant. From that point, you take over managing the rental.
A & G Rental Management will provide all services outlined above, plus we take it one step further by eliminating the worries and hassle of managing the day-to-day. There is a one-time charge (upon each turnover of new tenant) of 50% of the monthly rental rate and a 10% monthly management fee.
Happy tenant’s leads to longer occupancy and our in-house maintenance department allows us to respond to your tenant’s requests in a timely manner – at a more-affordable cost to you! Additionally, routine inspections are conducted while the property is occupied to ensure that issues are addressed in a timely manner and resolved to keep your investment in excellent condition and tenants happy.
