Maintenance Request Instructions

Office Hours: Monday–Saturday 9:00am–5:00pm (Holidays Excluded).

After Office Hours: Our MAINTENANCE REQUEST LINE is 503–241–0676 (press #4 when prompted to leave a message) will are available during office hours, and after hours on weekdays, weekends and holidays. All Non-Emergency requests can be left on the Maintenance Line voicemail.

For Emergencies, please call 503–241–0676 and the operator will contact A&G Rental Management immediately.

Procedures for Maintenance Requests

Before Submitting a Service Request determine whether you have an Emergency or a Non–Emergency.

Emergencies:
  • Fire - Call 911
  • Flood
  • Uncontrollable water
  • Electrical problem which poses a threa.
  • Backed up sewer
  • No heat
  • Call 911 for emergencies causing immediate danger or threat
For Flooding, backed up plumbing or no heat please call A & G Rental Management at 503–241–0676, the operator will contact us immediately.

Do you have a NON-EMERGENCY Maintenance Issue? Please review the Trouble Shooting Guide which may resolve your issue. If this does not help you please submit a Maintenance Request Form.

Please allow 24–48 hours for a “Non–Emergency” Maintenance Request to be completed.
