A & G Rental Management would like to thank you for choosing one of our exclusive properties.

    In order to Process your Application we require the following:

  • Qualifying is based on income, credit history, rental history or previous home–ownership, and a criminal background check. You must have a valid social security number to qualify.
  • Applicants must earn a minimum of 3 times the monthly rent.
  • The applicant(s) must not have any history of Eviction. This will be an automatic denial of the application.
  • Rental References with (3) or more Late Payments or NSF’s within a 12 month period will be denied.
  • There will be an automatic denial of the application with a Landlord Reference with a balance owing from rental charges, fees or damages.
  • A screening will be completed on all applicants.
  • No deposits will be accepted until the application has been approved.
  • All Residents are required to pay a Security Deposit equal to one month's rent based on qualifying criteria unless specified otherwise. This is a fully Refundable Security Deposit if the Lease Agreement has been adhered to.
  • The approval process takes 24–48 business hours. The Lease Agreement and the Security must be paid within ONE business day of approval. The home will remain on the market until we have a signed lease and the security deposit has been paid. If not signed within 24 hrs., A&G Rental Management has an obligation to the owner to process the next application.
  • RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO MOVING IN.
  • Pets are allowed in some of our homes with the following restiricions:
  • Pit Bulls (all types and no mixed), Rottweilers, Akitas, Bernese, Canary Dogs, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Karelian Bear Dog, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Russo-European Laika, Wolf Hybrids, and any breed of guard dog trained to attack will not be allowed.
  • Pets must be approved by A & G Rental Management. If your pet is allowed, there will be a $250 Pet Deposit required to be PAID before Move-In. In addition, you will be charged $25 per Month per Pet for Pet Rent.
