Melanie Adrian - Managing Partner
Melanie has been professionally active in the Property Management industry since 1995 when she began her career with Equity Residential Properties. She has over 25 years of customer service experience and is dedicated to providing owners, residents and vendors the highest level of service through open communication, honesty, trust and professionalism.
Melanie has a Bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and is a Licensed Property Manager in the State of Oregon. She assisted in developing A & G Rental Management out of a strong desire to connect investing home owners to qualified tenants. Her goal is to provide the highest quality of customer service to both the client and the resident. The business was built on strong business relationships within the Property Management Industry and Melanie has a reputation of truly caring about people and their needs.
Melanie is married to Joe Adrian and her son Spencer is a very active 5 year old. She is a full time mother, wife and property manager and prides herself in the ability to balance her life. A native Oregonian, she loves traveling, boating and wine tasting. She is a sun lover at heart and enjoys traveling with her family to Playa del Carmen, Mexico every year.
Erlin N. Taylor - Managing Partner
Erlin has been in the property management industry since 1998. After relocating from the east coast to Portland, Oregon, she was hired by Equity Residential Properties and since then has remained an active participant of residential management. Erlin has consistently, throughout her career, maintained a focus on superior customer service while maximizing the rental potential of the owner’s property. Her professionalism and exceptional customer service precedes her.
Erlin holds her real estate license and graduated from Broward College. She became the “&” in A & G Rental Management in August 2008, and brings a desire for continued growth and providing excellence to our residents, owners and vendors. Erlin prides herself in keeping an open and honest communication with everyone that she encounters.
When Erlin is not at work, she focuses her time on the "Taylor bunch" which includes her husband and their 4 children (Alexander, Hayli, Courtnee and Kodie). Their kids are very involved in sports and on weekends you can always count on finding a Taylor on the field and in the stands. As a native Puerto Rican, she enjoys sunny sandy beaches and escapes to them anytime she can. She enjoys traveling with her family, wine tasting, listening to music and, of course, watching sports!
